”Quick check-in as we arrived after 8 pm. Kiara went above and beyond for me when I asked for ice (which is a luxury in Italy). The room was a nice size and very clean. Breakfast was awesome and included an omelette station. Overall, it has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at over the last week in Italy. Highly recommend.”
