”Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.”

It's a "grab and go" that only includes individually wrapped muffins and coffee, and to make matters worse, it's available from 04:30 - 06:30 - yes, the time you just read is correct. ”I had difficulty with several things while using this property. The room held two queen beds, with space for four people. However, the bathroom only had towels for three, and towel hanging hooks for two towels. There was plenty of free wall space to add towel bars for allow four people to dry their towels without hanging them on the same two hooks. Yet, they did not offer that and it was very inconvenient. The beds were on platforms that made them so tall it was extremely difficult to get into...

”Staff was kind and friendly, room was a nice size , clean, and beds were very comfortable. Homemade cookies were a big hit after 3:00. They had a Mexican restaurant right next door.which has great food. Jacksonville Beach is under a 10 minute drive. Great place to stay and close to everything you would need.
