”Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.”

”The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The location was very good handy to everything. They had a little bus that would take you into town and pick you up when you were done and it was only $5.00 per room. The breakfast wasn’t to bad.”

”Had a few hiccups. Staff was quick to resolve. Make sure u inquire about parking fee. I wasn’t aware there was a parking fee for a lot with no security present.”

”I think the hotel is a little older. Bathrooms were clean, but there was dust buildup around the corners and crevices. The room was nice size, and the bed was comfortable. The AC fan went on and off all night. It would have been nice to have the option of running the fan constantly. When the air was on, it was quiet. When the air went off, we could hear a dog bark, doors opening and shutting, talking next door, etc.”

”Upon arriving I was nicely greeted by staff and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, neat, and tidy and the staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room and restocking while I was out for the day. There was easy access to gas stations, shops, and dining.”

”This is a beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel! We had the absolute best interaction with staff; everyone was so friendly! We absolutely loved meeting Mary at the front desk; she was the most kind!”

”Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax. The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha. Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm.”
