From the living room, you have direct access to the patio. A double bedroom is also located on this level, offering a private exit to the terrace. The kitchen and living area are combined into a single convivial space equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle, and also features a direct exit to the terrace. The ground floor bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC, while a separate WC is available for added convenience.
