”We had a great stay overall. The location is convenient—right in midtown with easy street parking. The apartment is the newly updated first floor of an older duplex. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and offered plenty of space for the three of us.The bathroom is on the smaller side, but we were able to make it work. As it’s an older building, noise from the upstairs unit was noticeable—particularly at night, with what sounded like kids running and loud footsteps well into the early morning...

”This property is older but adequately maintained and perfect for our family St. Louis visit. Great location and very affordable apartment in St. Louis. Attentive and accommodating host made our stay just right. We travel with our canine kids and Robert was very gracious in our request. We had challenges with the AC and our host was out to the unit within hours with HVAC support and had the place cooled down quickly. We did anticipate a fenced back yard but it was non-functional fencing. ”
