I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Our room wasn’t finished, new carpet, missing window screens, torn draperies, rough patched and painted wall in bathroom, never had actual hot water in sink, shower was fine. Two towels for 3 people. ”Clean, large room and nice staff. Nice big parking lot with good lighting and generally felt safe. As others have mentioned, street noise is very much an issue in the room. Ironically, the breakfast area on the first floor is very quiet and no road noise was noticed. Makes me think that if they had used higher quality windows for the guest rooms the noise issue would be fully resolved.”

The door gets stuck and doesn’t close properly that we had to shut it ourselves. The walls were really thin, I guess that sounds and arguments from other guests were heard at any time of the night. ”New and clean. Felt modern. Fabulous walk in shower. Enjoyed the breakfast. Underground parking lot very convenient to elevator.”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”Close to everything, but nice and tucked away. Costco was a hop skip and jump which was nice!! Great breakfast!!! Wanted so badly to go swimming and sit in the hot tub!!! We were so exhausted tho from visiting family we went straight to bed! Will say bed was a tad hard but we slept hard anyways! Definitely would recommend!!! Thank you!!!”
