”The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. There was a man threatening to cut another man’s hand off, and then a couple who appeared to be either drunk or high, disappear into a bush to do god knows what together. We struggled to find the keys to enter into the property, and the residents were not keen on helping either. There is no clear description on how to find where the keys are. Once we entered the...
