  • The holiday home Tramonto sul Castello di Poppi is located in Poppi and offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains. The 140 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office on request, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and TV. There is a private parking space on the property.



    The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a large garden of over 2,000 m², shared with the owners who live upstairs. An outdoor hot tub with heated water is available on request for an extra fee. Families with children are welcome (crib available on request), and there is a playground nearby. Up to 3 dogs are allowed; please note the owners have a small dog living on the property. Extra linen and towel changes are available for an extra fee, as well as additional cleaning service for an extra fee.



    The property’s electricity is generated by solar energy. Energy consumption is included up to a set limit; any excess will incur an extra fee. An electric vehicle charging station is available, bike rental is available for an extra fee, and there is storage space for motorbikes and bicycles. Homemade honey can be purchased on site. The train station to Arezzo is 2 km away, and the bus stop to Florence is just 30 metres away. The property follows recycling rules, with further information provided upon arrival.

Tolle Wohnung in fantastischer Lage

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, schöne Zimmer, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer, einen tollen großen Garten. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, sodass Hunde frei herumlaufen können. Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde gleich alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben auch noch tolle Tipps bekommen, was man in der Gegend alles anschauen kann und welche Städte sehenswert sind. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Der Hund der Besitzer ist auch sehr süß und unkompliziert, unser Hund hat sich sehr gut mit ihm verstanden. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen, alles ist sauber und sehr gut in Schuss, auch von der Lage her ist sie perfekt. Man ist gleich in der Altstadt und die größeren Städte sind auch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

When we started on our journey looking into the heritage of our grandparents we knew that most of the journey would be in very small communities. This property was no exception except for the fact that this property was second to none from start to finish. From the contact of the property owner to the day we left, they made us part of their family and went way above and beyond what, I am sure is expected of them. They begin by meeting at their gate. Once you are parked they then take you into this phoniminal ground suite with floors so clean that you could eat off of them. They take you into each and every room to ensure that you are happy with th facility. Rooms filled with beautiful antique furniture, brand new windows throughout complete with an automatic A/C and heat combined into one. When you enter this facility you feel a very warm and cozy feeling and a feeling of respect for the property. We come from the line of the Guidi family and this property is right below the castle of the Count Guidi where it all started, so for us, this property was a blessing. As you come out the door your eyes automatically focus on the view of the castle...right in front of you...in the morning, the sounds of birds all around the beautiful landscaped property along with the gentle breeze that brings the sweet smell of flowers. The bell from the Guidi Castle gently ringing in the hour and half hour...we are sad but our time is up now. We take with us all these incredible memories that will last a lifetime. If you ever get the opportunity to stay at this property, do not pass it up...you will never find another property that you can compare it to. This property demands respect and you will see why. On an other note...I very seldom, or at all, give the highest rating possible...I will tell you...this is far beyond the rating scale that is given. Say hello "Neno"
