”Wonderful location, clean, with a very comfortable bed. Older property with only somewhat noisy standing fans to cool - would benefit from quiet ceiling fans.
Apparently continental breakfast is complimentary in the rooms, but we weren’t offered this and there were no details about in room dining offered. There were no easy options to get extra water or snacks etc and only one small bottle of water per person per day. You can order extra from the bar, but that seemed to be an unexpected request....

”I recently stayed at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel Jamaica in Kingston, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a unique blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, with beautifully decorated suites that are spacious, clean, and comfortable maintained areas, however this time my AC was broken I call 3 times before getting it fixed and then 3 days after it went out again. This was disappointing but the hotel is where I’ve always stayed once in Jamaica.

”I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. I would stay here again.”

”Beautifully landscaped property, the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We set up an additional bed in the living room and it worked out perfectly! The hostess was lovely and helpful. I would stay there again!”

”Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
