”Staff and rooms were excellent - only disappointment for me was no alternative pillows- they were feather filled and to soft for me I prefer a firmer one - also a lot of building work going off nearby which isnt anything to do with the pier house but consequently it looks very untidy and denies access to the pier itself ! ”
