This single-story home accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary bedroom offers quiet privacy with a queen bed and a 32-inch cable TV with DVD player. The en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and cable TV, and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Watch the sunset over the channel from the covered deck, furnished with ample seating. Prepare a family feast on the gas grill, or launch a kayak and explore the waters. The private dock can accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length, with a nearby boat launch available for added convenience. Enjoy the community`s outdoor pool or take a dip in the year-round heated indoor saltwater pool, both reaching depths of 8 feet.

As part of the Long Island Village community, you`ll have access to a wide range of amenities that cater to every interest. Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to bring your own fuel.

• Parking is strictly enforced in this community. Please ensure your vehicle completely fits in the parking space.
• The welcome center is available after hours, if guests wish to visit.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary
