  • This memorable townhome is the perfect home base for your trip to Laguna Vista and South Padre Island Texas. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you want to unwind or stay active, the fitness room and Two pools offer a cool spot to keep moving. A hair dryer is also provided for added convenience. This amazing townhome combines comfort and practicality to make your stay truly enjoyable. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
    Relax, have fun, enjoy being in a gated community that is quiet, has two pools, full gym access and you can even play a round of golf! We have it all!
    The outdoor patio space backs up to a common ground backyard for outdoor games. Also features a nice fire pit to enjoy in the evenings after a long day at the beach. We have partnered with a local experienced guide and offering $100 off a great fishing experience on the bay.
    Fishing stays consistent all year round! Come fish with us for species such Redfish,
    Trout, Black drum, Flounder, Snook, Mangrove snapper and Sheepshead.

One of the best rental stays I’ve had in a while! Clean, and accurate description from start to finish. Flawless check in/out with additional home items already in place to make your stay that much cozier. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone. We’d happily stay here again!

This property was above and beyond what we expected. We've stayed at Wyndham and Hilton resorts and this home exceeded those! Decor was tasteful and relaxing. Furnishings were comfortable and cozy. The beds were comfy, too. There were large smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room and the internet/WIFI was super fast. The kitchen had everything needed and there were even condiments in the fridge and several cooking items/spices in the cupboard. The gated golf-course community was quiet and easy to navigate. The swimming pool was nearby and lots of fun for the kids. The clubhouse restaurant across the main thoroughfare was really a surprise... very good breakfast...I especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. All this is a bout 20 minutes from the beach and made for a low-stress outing with the family and grandkids. Highly recommend!!
