”This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip....
