”Always a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the resort is eclectic and filled with African Art. My children really loved the infinity pool with the view and the beach area. We love that the Queen of Sheba as it has so much space to easily accommodate a big group. The property is quiet and peaceful. You definitely need to be fit to be able to move around the property. ”The pictures from the website and the reviews did not represent the property. The property is worn and needs maintenance. The rooms need refreshing and the shower was so disgusting that we were not able to use to shower. The staff were nice and the breakfast was simple but good. The gaps in the doors and windows allowed the mosquitoes to attack the whole night.”

”The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. ”The hotel did not really meet our expectations, when comparing to the other 3 hotels we stayed at during our Jamaica trip. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.
Pros:
- Location is good, right next door to blue lagoon and has own beachfront with bar/grill, kayaks, etc.
- Also the property area is nice in a steep hill with beautiful views.
- Friendly and helpful staff
Cons:
- The first room (Room name: Banana) we were given had no hot water during the first 2 nights, after this they changed us...
