”There was no toilet paper and only 1 bath towel for 2 guests. I called the Housekeeping 2x and it was like 90 minutes passed but my request did not arrived. I went to the Reception to follow up. My request came and was assisted by a Maintenance staff instead who was very helpful. Overall, my stay was okay. Thank you. ”

”Cost for rooms is equal to PNG experience and expectation. Like a lodge or motel in Australia. Not 3star hotel Love the staff. Friendly and helpful. Love ambience Room service lady was awesome and i had clean sheets towels, water daily. It would be great to have papuan food on menu please. The shower curtain needs cleaning in Room 101 and fridge frosts up and leaks. These are 1st world problems..... am booked in again. 😃”

”Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days.”
