”Nice big room. Quiet and comfortable”

”Our room was in the back and very quiet. The office staff was VERY polite and kind. We arrived quite late and left early the next morning. The hotel is not new, so shows some wear and tear and my socks picked up a fair bit of dirt, but it didn't seem unclean. The beds were comfortable.”

”The staff was great, very helpful. I left two items behind and they arranged to have it shipped to my home so I didn't have to return and pick it up. My only complaint was the sheets had some black marks on them, very small, that my wife noticed. The sheets were clean, they had been washed. ”Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.”

”From the time we entered the lobby I noticed how clean and beautiful the property was. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless and smooth. Our room was a king room with an ocean view, the ocean view is looking out over the parking lot and across Highway 101, but still in Ocean view it was clean and very spacious. We only stayed one night, but definitely would stay again.”
