”The apartment was beautiful. Clean, well decorated, secure. The views from the balcony are not panoramic as advertised, thanks to the addition being built next door. You have the space needle to the left and a sliver of water to the right but no view straight ahead. We were slightly disappointed until we realized there is roof access. ”Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! ”

”We have nothing but good things to say about our stay! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Our fridge was stocked with water and fresh eggs from the chicken coop near by. There were cookies! It was overall a great experience.”

”An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great...

The price was right, parking was easy, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed (including plenty of coffee! Thank you!), and Jenn, the host, was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is really beautiful. I will definitely book this spot again for future visits! ”

”This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. ”
