Tämä kaunis tilava koti, joka sijaitsee Elk River Wilderness -alueella, istuu 460 metrin päässä joen julkisivusta, joka tarjoaa pankkikalastuksen syksyllä sekä turvallisen jokihaun lapsille kesäisin. Koskematon hirvijoki on kalastajan paratiisi ja rentouttava tapa saada tapa kommunikoida luonnon kanssa kaikille. Tämä koti on täydellinen paikka kokoontua ystävien ja perheen kanssa.

Ensimmäisen tason suuressa Master-sviitissä on queen-vuode, iso vaatehuone ja oleskelualue, jossa on vuodesohva elokuvien lukemiseen tai katseluun. Täydessä kylpyammeessa on poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Sviitissä on myös liukulasiovi suurelle kannelle näkymä joelle.

Kaksi suurta yläkerran makuuhuonetta voi nukkua jopa 11 ~ täydellisesti jakamaan aikaa perheen tai ystävien kanssa.
Riverside-makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar, täysi ja erillinen sänky sekä liukuovi parvekkeelle joen ja villieläinten katseluun! Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar, kaksoset ja kerrossänky, jossa kaksoset ylhäällä ja täynnä pohjassa. Tässä huoneessa on myös lasinen liukuovi ja oma parveke.

Yläkerrassa on myös täysi kylpyamme, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä, joka sijaitsee kahden makuuhuoneen välissä.

Ensimmäinen taso sisältää myös avoimen täysin varustetun keittiön, jossa on jäähdytin, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Ruokailutilat sisältävät 5-paikkaisen keittiöbaarin käärimisen, 6-paikkaisen ruokapöydän ja jokaiselle päin olevan ikkunan vieressä olevan oleskelualueen, jossa on kaksi siipituolia. Tai, jos valitset ruokailla "ulkoilmassa", ruokasalissa on myös liukulasiovi ulos suurelle kannelle joen katsomiseksi. Pöydät ja tuolit sekä grilli tarjotaan.

Viihtyisässä olohuoneessa on puulämmitin, joka lämmittää sinua reipoina päivinä, ja iso TV, joka on asennettu DVD / VHS-viihdettä varten .. (huonekaluistuimet 8)

Tämä koti sisältää myös täyden pyykkitilan mukavuuksillesi.

Tärkeimmän elintason laattalattiat tekevät huoletonta oleskelua erämaa-alueella.

Ulko-ovet keräilytilat sisältävät suuren kannen näkymät joelle ja viehättävän kivitakka talon viereisellä metsäisellä alueella. Viehättävä paikka palokeskusteluille tai paistamiseen hotdogsille ja marshmallowille samalla kun nautit metsäisestä ympäristöstä.

Great stay for the price. Bedrooms are spacious and clean with plenty of nice sized beds.Trail to river is a trail.. fine for people used to walking a trail.If your looking for completely refurbished and updated that is this roomy and on the water, your going to be paying a lot more. This was just what the pictures show. Not completely updated, but a nice, quiet stay with water access.

I struggled on weather or not I would write this review but it was the property owners lack of accountability that made me write it. There were large holes all around the exterior walls of the home. It’s the woods so critters do enter the home from these holes. There was black mold in the master bathroom. The master toilet rocks when you sit on it. The jacuzzi tub does fill with water but the jets do not work. The owner laughed that off as a minor issue. The master shower and jacuzzi tub were dirty: master toilet had feces and pubic hair on the sear. Don’t let anyone lean on the deck unless you want to fall over as the railing is full of dry rot and rocks back and forth about 8 inches. There is also several broken plastic chairs and a patio table with a broken rusty leg and loose glass on it. The upstairs toilet also broke because the chain had rusted in the kids room there was a large broken mirror with a huge piece of broken glass sitting beside the mirror. The fridge shelve was broken and held together with a small piece of tape and the freezer had mold in it. The blender that was advertised didn’t work along with a few other appliances. And the list goes on and on. The main issue was the lady didn’t even offer an apology for any of this.

Stay on Elk River

It was nice to have a beautiful setting to gather together. We enjoyed a couple of evenings with family and friends at the house on Elk River. It was a great experience.

My now husband and I stayed at this property leading up to our wedding which we celebrated locally in Langlois. This was a great location where we were able to relax and spend time with friends and family, and be able to include our dog Rocco. There was plenty of space, ample parking, and a comfort in which the property provided. We did notice that the house was not fully cleaned upon our arrival, the entry floor was not fully swept, there was a bag of trash in the master bathroom vanity, and the kitchen counter tops were very dusty. The master bedroom sliding door lock to the deck was broken and the dining room screen to the deck had holes near the handle. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and the property fulfilled our needs!

Great place to spend time with family!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room to spread out while still being together. Loved the space on the deck. Enjoyed the additional seating through out the home so that people could gather easily! Saw a few deer, went upriver to a great swimming hole, spent time at the ocean and went on the jet boats in Gold Beach! Highly recommend this home to bring family together in a peaceful relaxing setting!

Vacation Rental on the River

Amazing! My family and I absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for everyone, plenty of things to keep the kiddos busy, BBQ on the deck. We are from Washington State all the way up north for a family wedding and was able to get together with all our family for an evening BBQ before we headed out. Views, quiet, really relaxing. Deck is a little unstable in a few spots, and the BBQ wasn’t working but my husband was able to get it fixed. Highly recommend! We plan to do another stay at the same location next year!

Great Stay

We had a family get together and used the house as our home base. It was so nice that we could stay there and have local family come over for a couple of BBQs. The river was right at the back and we all loved it. Plus the fish hatchery next door was an interesting add to our adventure. You could not get a better spot.

Quiet and relaxing home on the river

I come to the Port Orford area regularly for work. This summer I brought some of my family and enjoyed our stay. The host was an excellent communicator and the home felt...homey. We enjoyed the location in nature and so close to outdoor recreation.

Our yearly camping trip to a new place

We took a chance and went somewhere new for our yearly camping trip. When we got there, opened the door and the smell of mold hits you right in the face. I was not thrilled after that. Cleaning needs to be worked on. There were spiders everywhere. Spiderwebs in every coroner you could think of. The jacuzzi tub works if you’re lucky. The bbq was a joke. It has 1 burner that works, one that kinda works(better off not using it), one that doesn’t work at all, and one missing completely. The kids ran a bath, the water came out brown. For the amount we paid to stay there, I expected things to be better. I can’t say we would be staying there again.

This place was perfect for us. And plenty room for a dive boats!! We didn’t get the Dive as much as we wanted to. But it’s all good mother nature was just blowing too hard. I would definitely recommend this place for a group of people. I waited too long to book it for the Fourth of July. But went to places that good it’s going to go fast. Thank you again, Guy.

ON THE RIVER

The location of the property is awesome. It's on the river and right down the street from the hatchery which is a popular drop in spot for fishing on the Elk River. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking tools and utensils you need. Great place to stay.

Beautiful location

We were a group of 11 plus 3 dogs and it met our needs well. Plenty of blankets and towels. The river was beautiful and very relaxing. Beach is less that a 15 min drive away.

Great place!

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. The owner, Rita and her husband were delightful and very helpful. Unfortunately, we were evacuated a day early due to the Anvil Fire. We hope the house makes it because we love to return at another time.

River fun

My husband and dog and i had a great time. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck early in the mornings overlooking the river Watching the wildlife.we got to play tons of fetch with our dog in the river. This place is paradise. Elk River is clear and beautiful. The house side of the river has has a sandy eddy for children to safely play in while the other side is deep for swimmers. We loved the quiet along with no light pollution. We saw a meteor shower. The kids were fascinated by the fish hatchery just a short walk away. It was fun watching occasional cars pass over the river on a swinging bridge. The 2 engineers in our group had quite a conversation over its construction. We ate all meals on the large deck. The home is roomy, clean and well stocked.
