”The unit is beautiful. Appliances are efficient. Outside landscape is magnificent. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Everthing was super. But the best part of this unit - something you won’t see in a picture on the Vrbo site - is the property manager - Dathan. He is quick to respond to any and I mean any question or issue. His motto should be, “Whenever you need me, just call and I’ll be there.” Dathan has made our stay worry-free. Thanks for everything, Dathan.”

”Lovely condo in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Very quiet community, comfortable bed. Only downside was no beach chairs or beach towels which is difficult if you fly in. Other than that I would certainly stay here again!!”

”Stayed for 3 nights to see a show at the Lyric Theater, rode bikes to down town, launched our boat less that a mile from the condo at Sheppard's Park. we wanted for nothing, including ice as there is a great maker in the frig. Met 2 of the neighbors, super nice people, we will be back for sure.”

”We stayed at this property for a full month and loved every moment. The check-in was smooth. The unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed. You can't beat the view from the balcony, and it's conveniently situated to the pool, fitness, pickle ball and beach access. The parking was the best spot in garage. Susan was very responsive. ”The house was very clean and the location was very convenient for our visit with relatives in Pam City. Mixed reviews from our group on the comfort of the beds. The living area could definitely use additional seating, at least another comfy chair or two since it sleeps 4 it would be nice if all 4 could sit in the living area without pulling over a kitchen chair. Also, the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud at all hours of the day. They might have been VRBO renters too and maybe we just had...
