Turtle Watch on vain muutaman askeleen päässä upeista ja eristäytyneistä rannoista. Nauti omasta paratiisista johtavalle yksityiselle rantatielle, koska tämä osa rannasta ei ole koskaan täynnä!


Tämä on 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpy kotiin 2 erittäin isoa kannet merinäköalalla. Kodin ensimmäisestä kerroksesta löydät kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa # 1 on queen-size-vuode ja kansiin johtavat omat ovet. Makuuhuoneessa # 2 on queen-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone, josta on myös näköala merelle. Makuuhuoneessa # 3 on 2 sarjaa kaksosetä. Tässä kerroksessa on myös toinen täysi kylpyamme.


Kodin toisella tasolla on iso, avoin ja erittäin mukava oleskelutila. Parasta ovat kaikki ovet, jotka johtavat toiselle kannelle ja tarjoavat upeat näkymät mistä tahansa huoneesta. Siellä on oleskelutila, jossa on runsaasti luettavissa olevia kirjoja, ruokailutila, johon mahtuu 8, ja baari keittiössä, joka istuu lisäksi 4 henkilöä. Keittiössä on kaikki välttämättömät ruoanvalmistustarvikkeet ja -välineet.


Tämä koti on rannalla C-30: n varrella. Se on erittäin mukava ja perheystävällinen naapurustossa ja on alle mailin päässä käännystä Indian Pass Roadiin. Hyvin lähellä kuuluisaa ravintolaa, Raw Baria!

Turtle Watch was perfect for our family

Turtle Watch is the perfect beach house. There are a few little things that need repair, but overall in great condition. We loved being on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the big dining room table. There was enough space for our puzzle and for eating. Beds were comfortable and the porch outside was so nice. We would stay here again.

Superb!

The place was nice and the location was too! The staff at the rental management firm was expedient and understanding. The stairs were a lot of up and down but that’s to be expected in a beachfront home due to threats from storm surge. We fished and played in the surf and enjoyed all of it. It’s not far from the state park and Indian pass isn’t too far away either. PSJ is right up the road so anything you could need is there. There were four bunk beds and two queen or full size beds, I think they were queens. I’m ready to go back!

Needs work

Beach front was great, but that was it. House had horrible musty smell, carpets and rug was pretty bad (we made sure to always wear shoes and placed nothing on them), internet was ok as long as only one device on it. Overall, we chose to not spend time inside other than to sleep. When we did we’d end up with headaches. Might be because they sprayed for pests on the day of arrival which seemed odd. We have no idea how long before we got there that occurred but if we spent time in the house we both ended up with nasty headaches. I would search elsewhere if I was considering this rental. We won’t be back.

Beautiful views, low key, away from everything. Just what we look for in a Vacation at the beach. Tarpon, red fish , manatee, fresh shrimp from the beach ,a passing bear now and again and great neighbors. What more can you ask for.

Better places then this

Check in and check out process is ridiculous in this day and time. Having to go out your way to do both. The place was covered in dog hair that we were constantly sweeping up. As you walk in, the initial smell went from dog urine to the large amount of bacon that must have been cooked in the morning. There are a lot of stairs and no railings which make it extremely hard for toddlers and older people to walk up and down. Definitely not a toddler or baby friendly home. Describe did mention DVD player, so we brought movies for the toddler for the evening. No DVD player. When I called about that they mentioned they hadn't replaced it then quickly removed it from the description. They should also remove telephone since there is no landline. Which made communication with elderly family members out of state hard. There is zero cell service, which would have been ok if there was a landline. The wifi is a joke. The router has to be rebooted a dozen times daily. They should include a list of what you need to bring...Garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a dish cloth, wifi booster, satellite phone. The deck and board walk have nails sticking up, don't walk barefoot. The only thing going for this place is the location.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Turtle Watch. Great location and the accommodations were very nice. Only two items that took our stay from 5 stars to 4 stars was the check in and out process as well as kitchen cup/silverware cleanliness. Checking in between 4-5:30p on your first day is a bit rough, as you get barely any time at all that day to enjoy the house/beach. You also have to drive to the rental property office for both check-in and check-our, which is very inconvenient given how easy it is to have programmable lock boxes these days. The kitchen’s cups and silverware were questionably clean, which resulted in us having to immediately run it through the dishwasher again. That said, we would still recommend this property to others.

Beach holiday

Our family spent Christmas 2019 at Turtle Watch . We enjoyed weather , house and secluded location . House is directly on the beach and it was fun till we understood that beach allows all kind of cars to drive on the beach .. than it became “ playing in the traffic “ . It’s very unusual to sunbathe while you literally getting run over again and again ! Note - house does not have elevator and it is a reverse floor plan ! Be young forever ! Driveway had leftover screws after house repair and we pile up cars on one side only - management was unresponsive during holiday . However it all fades away when you see dolphins play on the surf. This house location is not for everyone and I hope that car driving on the beach will go away soon. .Perhaps this was allowed to aid sand stability distracted by the hurricane .. but I wish we knew this beforehand.

Dishes

A lot of the dishes were not clean. After using the dishwasher and having to put the dishes we used away we understand why. Not much came out of the dishwasher was clean enough to my expectations.

Great house. Worked well for our family of six adults and two kids. One issue with the AC in the third bedroom. I called and they had someone out promptly.
