Afterdune Delight Cape San Blasin ranta talo

Kotimme sijaitsee Kapin eteläpäässä kuolleen kadun lopussa, jossa on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa eikä liikennettä. Tämä on hyvä paikka lapsille ajaa polkupyörää.

Maantaso:
Pohjakerros merkintä. Takkahuone, jossa pingispöytä, 50 "HDTV, minijääkaappi ja baarikeittiö. Kerrossänky huone, jossa on neljä vuodetta, yksittäiset valaistus kullekin kerrossänky ja 32 "HDTV. Takka ja 55 "HDTV voi nauttia olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutila. Suuri keittiö graniittia työtasot ja baari istuimet kolmelle. Keittiössä on myös varustettu kaksinkertainen uuni, jääpalakone ja astianpesukone. Kävellä ruokakomero tallentaa kaikki tarvikkeet oman rannan loman. Ranta mieltä huone queen-vuode ja 32 "HDTV. Kylpyhuone graniittia tiskille ja kävellä lasi laattojen suihku lasiovi. Kävele ulos liukuovi keittiöstä seulotaan kuisti jossa on mukava istua ja kaasugrilli. Portaikko johtaa turvatarkastus kuisti uima-allas alue ja oma ranta Boardwalk.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa:
Gulf edessä master-sviitti king-vuode, 49 "HDTV, ja valtava kannen näkymät kuilu. Yksityinen kylpyhuoneessa kaksinkertainen alus uppoaa, graniitti työtasot, kävellä laatta suihku lasiovi ja poreallas. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, joissa queen size-vuode ja 32 "HDTV. Kaksi queen size-huonetta jakaa suuri kylpyhuone kaksinkertainen alus uppoaa, graniitti työtasot, ja poreallas / laatta suihku combo liukuva lasiovet.

Outdoor:
Yksityinen lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa katettu terassi alue kuuma iltapäivisin. Ulkosuihku mukavuussyistä jälkeen päivä rannalla. Ja yksityinen Boardwalk, joka johtaa kaunis Meksikonlahdella.

Very large, well equipped home! Our multi generation family had a great time in this beautiful and comfortable home. Everything was just as expected. The pool was a big hit with our kids and adults as well. The beach was a bit of a walk away, but great views from the house. Nice screen porch with nice furniture. Would recommend to anyone looking to house a big family!

Family Vacation

The house itself was wonderful, very well maintained and perfect for large groups. There was construction going on, on both of the houses next door so the sounds were less than ideal, and one of our family members got a nail in their tire from it.

The house was perfect for our long weekend! The house was very clean and up to date. Communication between the owners was also very fast and friendly! The only thing we were not expectingthat was not in pictures of the house was the new house being built next door that is a bit of an eye sore when looking out to the ocean, but that is uncomfortable for the property owners.The beach was very peaceful and clean! The pool was also well kept. We over all had a wonderful stay and we would definitely book this home again for our family beach trip!

Great beach house for large group

Everything about the house was great and exactly as described! The photos are not deceiving like I have experienced with other VRBO properties in the past. Owner had great communication. If we ever plan a beach trip in this area again, we will definitely use this owner.

Medical friends out to distress

The house was amazing. Anything you want was there, was very clean and easy to locate. The beach on the other hand was about 200 yards from the house and the ocean was muddy and the water was awful. The sand was very narrow so if you’re looking for a great house to get away, it has its own private pool and the house was wonderful. The only thing that may not let us go back to this property would be the beach.

Wonderful Spring Break!

Incredible experience!

We had an incredible experience at this house. The house was a great size, set up with care and thoughtfulness and had a calm beautiful feeling. The home owners set us up for a great time with the many amenities they provided such as beach and pool paraphernalia, a ping pong table, puzzles , games, comfortable outdoor seating (even a hammock swing) and the pool itself! The walk down to the beach was beautiful and we had so much privacy on this stretch of beach. Just what we all needed! The owners were very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend staying in this home and look forward to hopefully returning!

Great House with Plenty of Room

First let me just say that Jennifer and Doug are very responsive. Anytime I had a question, they responded in less than an hour typically which was very much appreciated. The home is large and roomy - There were 14 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The well equipped kitchen made preparing all our meals simple. While we all brought our own beach chairs & equipment, it was not necessary since they literally provide everything. Even though the walk to the beach was long, it wasn't an issue for us. The house is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with more than enough parking (we actually trailered my brother in laws side by side vehicle) including a trailer which was nice. The only issue we had which is the only reason the house didn't get an all 5 star rating is the 2 hot water heaters just could not keep up with all 14 of us. I reached out to report the issue and Doug was prompt to respond offering some tips & tricks to ensuring hot water which we tried but sadly only about 1/2 of us got hot showers each day. Personally, out of the 6 days we were there, I only had one HOT shower the entire week. Other than that the place is great. I'm confident the hot water issue can be resolved and would definitely rent this home again.

Cape San Blas

The property was excellent! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The property owner was always available and answered all our questions in a sufficient time frame. The pool was great. It was so refreshing after a day at the beach. Beach chairs were furnished and lots of other beach toys if you needed them. We are already planning to return to this home next year!

Just what we needed

Our family trip in October at this location was everything we hoped it would be. The views from this property are amazing and the house is comfortable and has everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs. We enjoyed some beach days but the heated pool was a life saver when the double-red flags prohibited ocean swimming. The owners have great communication and we highly recommend this property.

Great getaway with friends for a long weekend!

We had a great time here. The house is beautiful. Stocked with plenty of beach toys and chairs. Plenty of room for multiple families to stay in one place. One tip: if you plan on staying longer than a few days bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags! With a large group we ran out with what was provided at the end of our stay.

Nice place for family vacation

This house is a great size. It gives everyone privacy while having room enough for everyone to join together. The pool was really nice to have. The nice beach chairs and beach towels are a plus plus.
