Tucked away in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood, this pet-friendly home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. To get to the beach you just walk on a quiet, residential road and down a well-maintained boardwalk, it’s less than a 5 minute walk!

With 3 spacious bedrooms, Cape Limes comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living space and all the modern amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Step outside to enjoy peek-a-boo water view from the deck—just enough to remind you that the beach is only moments away.

Bring your flip-flops, your sense of adventure, and even your pup—Cape Limes welcomes pets, so no one has to miss out on the fun. Whether you’re beachcombing, biking, or just enjoying the Gulf breeze, this is the kind of place that makes memories.

Cape Limes was just what I needed! I cooked in most nights (thanks to a well equipped kitchen), slept like a rock in a big comfy bed, and took lots of walks on the beach, steps away from the cottage. The cottage was perfect - plenty of linens, nice furniture, overall a great place. Bradley was such a great host! I already look forward to coming back.

We had an awesome stay at Cape Limes! Fit our family of 5 and our dogs very comfortably. The walk to the beach was so short and the beach cart provided for our beach chairs made the walk even easier. The landing on the bottom level was great for our dog crate and sandy shoes. Cape Limes is practically brand new so there were a couple things we wish were added to make the stay even more comfortable: dressers or more shelves would have been helpful. Also, towel rings or hooks would have been nice but that may be personal preference. Overall, our stay was fantastic. Previous reviews mentioned the mattresses were not comfortable, we disagree, everyone slept fine. Area wise, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and we Loved that it was right in between Port St Joe and T. H. Stone Memorial St Joseph State Park. Lots of great food choices in Port St Joe. Our kids enjoyed visiting the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center and were so proud that “our house” had red lights outside so the turtles would be safe. The stars at night outside the house are Absolutely stunning.Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit again!

The house is awesome. Definitely worth a stay. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. Everything we needed was in the house and there was also a beach wagon and some beach chairs. Balconies on the front and back of the house were great! Bradley was the perfect host….quick to answer any questions as well as providing helpful info. Great vacation in a beautiful setting! We will be back!!

Great Stay Overall – A Few Comfort Improvements Would Go a Long Way

We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect, and everything was incredibly clean and clearly brand new. The home was well-stocked with all the major cooking supplies you could possibly need — we really appreciated that.One thing to note: while everything is new, the mattresses were very firm, and everyone in our group (ages 21–47) commented on how uncomfortable they were. It may just come down to personal preference, but it’s something to be aware of.Another small suggestion would be to consider adding blackout curtains in the master bedroom — the morning sun is no joke! Likely just a growing pain of new construction, but a tweak worth considering.Overall, we loved the space and had a wonderful time. With just a few small updates, it would be perfect!

Nice home

The home was very clean and nice. Loved the porches. Would have been helpful with more ample supply of towels/linens. Easy walk to the beach and not a very populated beach. The outdoor shower was convenient for rinsing off sand. Peaceful neighborhood.
