This bungalow offers a separate sweet downstairs suite where one of the two queen beds reside, along with a updated full bathroom. The master bath features an antique claw foot tub as well as a separate shower for the "spa treatment". The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 washers and 2 dryers, 3 TVs, 2 screened porch, deck and phone. Hot and Cold Water Outdoor Shower. Beach access is just steps away via the community boardwalk. A truly unique experience!

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
