Mermaid Landing on viehättävä 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuone, jossa on vain lyhyt kävelymatka Port St. Joe. Koti on täydellinen ulkoasu nukkumaan 6 joten se on täydellinen perhe pako! Aidattu takapihalla, turvatarkastus kuistilla ja PRIVATE-allas ovat vain muutamia mukavuuksia, joita tämä koti tarjoaa!
Kun kävelet kotiin, sinut tervehditään kauniisti sisustetussa olohuoneessa, jossa on poikkipinta sohva ja 2 ylimääräistä tuolia ylimääräisiä istuimia varten. Lasiovi pois olohuoneesta, joka avautuu turvatarkastuspaikalle ja aidattu takapihalle neljän jalkaisen ystävänne kanssa. Kulman takana on ruokailuhuone, jossa on huippuluokan ruokapöytä, jossa on 6 paikkaa. Sieltä näet kauniisti sisustetun keittiön, joka näyttää takapihalle, löydät kaiken mitä tarvitset tässä täysin varustetussa keittiössä. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös kuningatar ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky (erillinen / täysi), mikä tekee siitä loistavan pakopaikan perheille! Lemmikkien, aidan, ulkosuihkun, ulkotilojen ja uima-altaan aidatun takapihan välissä tässä kodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset seuraavaan perhelomalle!

If you are looking for a vacation spot where it is remote and only one grocery store and one dollar general market for miles and miles, you will be alright. The restaurant selections were not exactly ideal. There were limited options to eat at in port st Joe because they were always packed due to no competition.The house looked beautiful in the pictures but really needed updating. The recliners in the living room were for short people and one seemed to smell like dog urine. We are marking this vacation spot off our list. There was nothing to do at this location. Houses were being built left and right but no where to shop or activities nearby. We were driving to Panama City each day to have something to do and restaurants to eat at.

good place, quiet, great for dog, too cold for pool.the master bedroom should have a king size bed. More utencils in kitchen. The recliners were too hard for older people to get out of. A handicap bar in the master bathroom near toilet would be a good idea.

Little slice of relaxation

My husband and I stayed with our kids, my parents and two dogs at Mermaid Landing and was quite impressed with the initial view of the home. The house was exactly as described and very welcoming. Initially the trash cans were full and weeds in the backyard were tall, but the owner quickly responded to my email to inform us they trash would be picked up the next morning and someone was scheduled to be there the next day to mow. This was not an issue for us. The house was spacious, well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, and the pool was clean and very refreshing. We rented a golf cart and was able to explore Mexico Beach, but Port St Joe was a little too far away (you can not take the golf cart on the highway). We got up and watched the sunrise, went on morning coffee runs and drove the golf cart to the beach almost every day. We loved that it was close to Cape San Blas, where we went horseback riding, and even spent one day in Panama City. Great location and would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location

This was a comfortable property nicely located in a low key community in the panhandle. We were able to walk to the beaches and easily drive to various beaches in the area without congestion. We really enjoyed the house and this area of FL!

Wonderful family vacation home

Love the area and this home worked perfect for us. Short walk to beach, in closed pool, bonus we could bring our pups. Very clean, well equipped, great management communication. Can’t wait to return!!

Not quite what we’d hoped

We were so super excited to stay here - the pool, the house, the yard, everything looked perfects we were a little disappointed though. The house was spotless, so that was great. But the yard was totally uncut, it was about two feet high in places. It was hard to pick up after our dogs because of that and we noticed other people hadn’t bothered, probably for the same reason. The fence in the back is super run down, my husband had to pick up boards and put them back up. Our dogs are big enough that they wouldn’t fit through the holes but I wouldn’t trust small dogs back there at all. The pool was crazy dirty. Sand everywhere in bottom, the water was filmy. I didn’t put my head or my face in the whole time. The pool guy came (unannounced, which was great because I was undressed and he saw me through the glass door) and said the owner knows there are problems but had t chosen to fix them. He did a treatment and got rid of the sand but we only had a day left by then. The grill was also crazy gross and my husband spent about 45 minutes cleaning it before we used it. All in all everything was ok but when you pay that much for a place to stay you want it to be amazing. We didn’t quite get that.

Great Listing

This is a great property, and I would be happy to stay again! Clean, well equipped, and a great location! Pool was perfect 81-82 every day, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of storage space to stow everything when not needed. Location was perfect, right between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. Plenty of room for parking, even with boat. Hosts were great, and check in/out was a breeze! Can't wait to be back.

Perfect pet friendly beach house!

Absolutely love this rental. Quiet neighborhood and super close to beaches. The house is exactly as described. Screened in pool/ patio area was amazing and fenced in backyard was perfect for our fur babies. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Living room was spacious enough for us to put two large pet beds in. Look forward to renting here again! Only negative backyard grass was a bit long and poo left behind. Pet parents please clean up after your babies!

Awesome pool

Wonderful Stay

We loved everything about this rental! Plenty of space. Lots of kitchen supplies. Pool was wonderful. It kept the kids busy for HOURS. Only 1 mile from Mexico Beach Public Access area.
