The sunset in Indian Pass, located in the Florida Panhandle, offers a unique experience compared to other parts of Florida due to its unspoiled beauty, natural landscapes, and serene ambiance. The Gulf of Mexico waters in Indian Pass are typically calmer, creating a reflective surface that enhances the sunset's colors and hues. Additionally, Indian Pass's pristine beaches and minimal commercial development provide an intimate and peaceful setting to witness the sunset.

As if the sunset is not enough to choose Indian Pass as your next vacation destination, there’s plenty more to enjoy. A trip to Summer Breeze will not disappoint when there are so many activities to experience, from various water excursions and marine and wildlife discoveries to cultural and historical explorations and unique local events and eats.

It’s no coincidence that Summer Breeze is a family favorite. Its design is tailored for the ultimate relaxation and entertainment. The location is all but beachfront and a hidden gem if easy access to the beach is essential. A house built on pilings, the four-bedroom rental is elevated one story but comfortably arranged on a single level with an open design and a pair of bedrooms on either side. There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, some that offer a private escape and others that provide an area for entertaining the entire group. No matter where you choose outdoors, the view will not disappoint. The kids will love the bunk room tucked between the screened porch and one of the guest bedrooms.

Summer Breeze is not just for summer; it’s year-round family fun!

Floor Plan: Ground Level - carport, outdoor shower, outdoor sitting area with picnic table. First Floor - great room which has a living area with TV, dining area that seats 10, and fully equipped kitchen with bar seating; Screen Porch - has plenty of outdoor seating and gulf views and is accessible by the living area, kitchen, and bunk room; Bedroom 1 - king with Smart TV, full bath, and walk-in shower; Bedroom 2 - queen with Smart TV; Share Full Bath with large walk-in shower; Bedroom 3 - queen with Smart TV and great gulf views; Jack-n-Jill Full Bath with large tiled tub/shower and separate entrance; Bunk Room - four twin beds with DVD/TV and a large selection of movies.

Just steps away from the beach.

We are a family of cooks and we found the kitchen pretty well equipped. Lots of cutting boards, pots, pans and serving dishes. However, I did bring my own knives, oils and spices. Refrigerator was large and there were plenty of storage containers for leftovers. We enjoyed the large open concept of the main space. We greatly appreciated the pet friendly accommodations. Our granddaughter loved the bunk room and each adult enjoyed our own private spaces, as well. The beach is very secluded pet and family friendly. Thanks for having fun beach gear for kids. We brought our own canopies, coolers and chairs, but rented a fun kayak.

Excellent location

We just got back from staying here for 4 days and had a blast. Location is excellent, about 100ft to the water. Nice wide open floor plan, lots of living room seating, and nice size kitchen. Bunk room and back queen room setup is kinda funky as you have to walk through the shared bathroom to get to the back bedroom, but it was functional for the few days we were there. All in all, fantastic vacation and we appreciate the owners for sharing their home with us!

Enjoyed the location very much. The house had plenty of room, The 2 bedroom addition was separate from the house and that was deceiving on the listing. The two rooms included the bunkbeds which is where the younger children stayed and the other room had an outside entrance too I put my teenager in that room. I was not comfortable with it. I did not like the separate outside entrances from the house. We worked it out but future tenants need to know that especially if they have small children. There were some smaller issues but nothing that would stop me from coming back.
