Bay Tripper on 2600 neliömetriä. jalkaa oleva koti on parhaillaan rakenteilla, mutta se on valmis rantalomaasi Memorial Day -viikonloppuna mennessä. 4 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, joissa nukkuu 10. Se on noin 1300 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja helpon pääsyn 8 meripeninkulman Logger Head -kävely- / pyöräilyreitille aivan oven ulkopuolella.

Tällä kodilla on käänteinen pohjaratkaisu, jonka pääasiallinen asuintila on ylimmässä kerroksessa (katolla 13 jalkaa), joka hyödyntää näkymää. Sekä elintasossa että makuuhuoneessa on iso kansi, josta on kauniit näkymät lahdelle, ja se tarjoaa yli 1000 neliömetriä ulkotilojen elintilaa.

The house kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Lots of seating great bathrooms. The club house hot tube takes hours to heat up but that is out of the homeowner’s control. Donna, at Be our Guest was very helpful and kind in assisting me with the updated code for club house. Great house.

Memories at CSB

Baytripper is a beautiful home in a very well maintained and quiet neighborhood. The house is in a great location on the North end between the beach and the bay. The house is very well appointed and was spotless on our arrival. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the bay. We plan to return as soon as we can!

Coming back next year

We loved our stay. The house is a great set up for the 2 couples and a single that stayed. Even had room for a couple of sort term guests. We rent a lot from VRBO, and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen in any of our previous rentals. Lots of good quality pots and pans, dishes, glasses and every kitchen tool you need. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms great, nice living room setup and the location is excellent. We’ve already booked it for next year.

Wonderful House!

We fully enjoyed our stay at BayTripper! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was the perfect size for two adults and four teenagers. The king mattress on the upper level was a bit hard for my liking but my husband liked it. The teenagers each reported comfortable mattresses in the rest of the house. We loved having the bayside amenities and the kayak and fully enjoyed the outdoor deck space.

Can't beat Ovation at Cape San Blas

This was our 5th time to the Cape. We love it there and would never stay in any community besides Ovation. The infinity pool on the bay side is like being at a resort. All of the amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed this particular house. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We also rented a cart, bikes, chairs and an umbrella with the included rental credit. That worked out extremely well. Would stay here again for sure!

Big 4 bedroom house in amazing location.

This house for our group of 9 served us well. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and spread out with the porches and seating. Beautiful views and the house very nicely furnished. Loved the extra beach towels, paddle board, and beach chairs. Those came in handy. We love the bayside of Ovation for our boat and the beautiful pool. Not too far from beach either especially with the golf carts we rented. There is construction going on directly in front of house which wasn’t mentioned but it didn’t mess up our stay. Whoever gets downstairs master bedroom needs to know sun comes up in those windows so very bright very early. If you like to sleep in choose any of the other bedrooms. Overall we had a great week at this house and neighborhood. Definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved everything about our 2 week stay at Bay Tripper. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We were able to enjoy the amazing view, short walk to the bay and beach and the had fun at the pickleball court. The house has everything anyone could need or want. Great location, nicely stocked kitchen (appliances, pots/pans, spices) and other household items (shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap), plenty of seating inside and on the porch, board games and outdoor games and beach gear in the garage. We rented a golf cart to get my mother in law to and from the beach easily and we all had a lot of fun driving it to the beach. Donna was amazing to work with. She was easily reachable, answering all questions, which made everything easy when arriving. And although we had no issues, I felt I was in good hands if there were any.

Fabulous Beach Home!

We love Cape San Blas, and this was our first time staying in the Ovation complex. We won't stay anywhere else anymore! The house is so beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and well-stocked. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The beach is a quick, easy walk and we loved being close to the bayside pool and piers. It was such an added bonus to have a kayak and paddle board available as well. We absolutely loved it and will be back for sure!

It was equipped with any and everything you could need indoors and also for the beach. The home was spotless. Donna, the property manager that assisted us, went about and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. The beach is a very short walk or bike ride and the pool by the bay was absolutely gorgeous.

The house can accommodate 6 adults comfortably, plus an additional bunk room with four bunks.The additional half bath on the main floor is very convenient.The view from the porch is very calming and peaceful.The property is very well maintained and all amenities were in perfect order.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and neighborhood are perfect. The swimming pools and views were amazing. Being fall break I expected it to be crowded but the entire week we only saw 2 people at the pools. The house is over the top loaded with anything you need, including a kayak, paddle board, beach chairs and towels. Pay the extra to rent a golf cart. It made the trip much better and you can drive on the beach and find the perfect spot. If you want a relaxing, comfortable vacation, book here.
