    Tämä on kaunis tilava 3 BR / 2. 5 kylpy merinäköalalla sijaitsevassa kodissa (2 600 neliömetriä) täysin suojatulla uima-altaan patioalueella, jossa on oma uima-allas ja poreallas (lämmitys on maksullinen) ja joka on lemmikkiystävällinen.

    Toisessa kerroksessa on keittiö; perhealue, aamiainenurkkaus; lahden puolella ruokailutila; puoli kylpy ja pesutupa. Perhealueella on kymmenen jalkakattoa ja räätälöityjä ikkunasuojia, kun taas kalustettu seulottu kuisti tarjoaa pääsyn rannalle valkoiseen jauhehiekkaan, josta Meksikonlahti on kuuluisa.

    Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolme tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joista kahdesta pääsee suurelle, rannan edessä sijaitsevalle kuistille, josta on uskomattomat näkymät rannalle ja Persianlahdelle. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, toisessa on queen-size-vuode ja kolmannessa on king-kerrossänky. Toisen kerroksen perhealueella on myös queen-size-vuodesohva ja kaksi erillistä vedä.

We really enjoyed our time here! Gorgeous views! Our dogs loved being able to experience the beach. The house is so open, bright and had everything we needed. We saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of shells. Really great property to get away from the crowd and enjoy the beach. Thanks!

You walk out the back door and it’s like you have your own private beach. We got to see the jets fly over multiple times and even rode horses on the beach. Both of these things were on my bucket list! The home was clean and had plenty of space! We will definitely be back!

Great experience in a beautiful place

Management was top notch throughout the process and very communicative, even during off hours. The property is beautiful and the kids stayed busy all day, every day. The location is good. Far enough away that it's calm and quiet, but close enough to get things when needed. We would stay again.

Perfect Locatiom

The location of this property is by far the best we’ve experienced along the Florida panhandle. The home is beautiful. The private pool needs a little work, but we still used it and we would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October.

Wonderful home and location

We brought our some and his friends down for spring break and it was perfect. Oceanfront property listening to the water was amazing and the boys could hang out at the beach and be in view for us not to worry about them. The pool was clean and also another great spot for them to hang out. The house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside is the river/ stream that runs into the ocean close the property. Following a heavy rainfall it made the ocean water brown and murky.

Family Spring Break

The house was maintained and clean and all the furnishings were more than adequate(I'm picky). Walk off the back screened in porch onto the beach or jump into the screened in pool on the front of the house. A good variety of restaurants all within 10-15 minutes and a piggly wiggly in Port St. Joe. Not overcrowded but not in the middle of nowhere, just what we we were looking for in a family vacation.

Enjoyed the location and privacy, was disappointed that the pool did not function as expected. Would visit again in the future, but not request pool be heated, was too cold to enjoy or use.

We loved this beach house and location to the beach. The only downfall for us was being right next to the river entering the gulf. We were hoping for clear blue water some of our stay, but the fact it was storming most days caused the water to not be clear. Overall everything was wonderful! Amazing views, plenty of space, and loved all the decks. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, and Coastal Joe and the maintenance team worked really hard to resolve them in a quick fashion. The house was overall very clean upon arrival. We did have a black bear visit and knock over the trash can two nights scattering trash all over the yard which is nobody’s fault at all, but maybe something to be aware of. This house is definitely on the pricey side, but extremely nice. I will also say there are a lot of stairs. Someone who is older or disabled may have a difficult time. It wasn’t too bad except when carrying all of our things in and packing up to come home. Again this was something we expected for a large beach house for being directly on the beach. We are highly appreciative of the pet friendly homeowners and beaches!

Property descrption was accurate. Pool was not heated and was cold in October. Cell service is hit and miss. Could not really watch tv as it kept freezing up and pausing. Home has basic items in kitchen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I would like to say I have stayed here 4 times before without any problems (at 2600.00 a week same time of year). We have enjoyed the house and the private beach. This time it was way different than the past...pool lights did not work inside pool or outside of pool in which was a safety hazard for my children..hot tub never worked...propane can in gas grill was a fire hazard and i had to replace it in order to grill..I called for the first 3 days of my stay to get lights fixed and hot tub working...I finally got someone early the 4th morning to repair lights around pool so we could see at night but still not repaired pool lights and hot tub not working...I paid 4000.00 for the week for this house and it wasnt worth what I paid and the items that where supposed to be working never were and I was told if I wanted the hot tub to be heated that I had to pay 200.00 4000.00 it should be included with a waitress there on hand to serve me drinks...I will come back to this area next year cause me and my family enjoy this area but unless something major changes and get some kind of credit for poor management..We wont be staying here again...

Would go back again!!

The home was wonderful, so nice to be steps away from the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms updated. Very nice screened in porch and lower deck to enjoy coffee and meals. The one thing that others noted in reviews held true. It was the pool. It needed a very good cleaning/lots of sand and debris in pool which did not make it inviting. I have a pool myself and am a bit OCD about pools. I paid 300$ extra to have pool heated to what was to be about 90 degrees told to me by Coastal Joes. I dont think it ever got there! It was cold. Also what looks like a spa is not really a spa anymore. But others said that also , guess I should have listened. We did not get use of the pool and I lost 300$. I should have learned by previous reviews. However, Coastal Joe was response when I texted that the back door was broken, they had someone come on Sunday to fix it. All in all, I would def go back for the house itself, location on the beach and privacy, but dont count on the pool.
