The home features 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, closet, and balcony, offering guests a peaceful and private retreat after long days spent enjoying the beach. We only provide beach towels. We do not provide any other types of beach equipment (Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.)

Please make proper arrangements to either bring your own beach equipment or rent them on the cape. We recommend any local rental service in the area if you are interested.

Pet Fee: $300 per Pet (Maximum of 2 Pets unless approved for more by request)
Pool Heating Fee: $350 fee, if requested, to heat the pool throughout your stay.

You must comply with all terms outlined in the RENTAL CONTRACT and the PET POLICY throughout your stay.
