”Our stay was for one night and although our check in wasn't until after 3 O'clock we did not settled in unto after 7 PM. The front end staff initially gave me a room that was not on my reservation and it could accommodate all us. The 2nd room the bathroom was not clean, the thermostat had no batteries and the AC unit was not working in which the maintenance man acknowledge/ confirmed that we would need to be relocated and the front end staff was aware of the issue in that room. The guy at the front desk was visibly frustrated and upset. Very unprofessional. When yoy check in apparently he texts your information to the manager so he can check you in from wherever he may be.
