I inquired for confirmation and never heard back except for very general answers and not to my question. The lock is super confusing. You are given 2 different codes (you only need 1) and it took multiple times to get the door open on several occasions. THe QR code above the door to show you how to use the lock doesn’t go anywhere. ”Its a nice quiet place that can accomodate a large group. There are many great amenities, including direct access to the beach. Highly recommend. My one gripe is the door lock. Ditch the 12 digit combos, that dont work btw, and even using the physical key was a challenge. A simpler, 4 digit code, with a physical key that works normally, not like you're trying to crack into a safe, would be a huge improvement. ”
