”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”Staff accommodating and friendly. We did however have an issue with a microwave that did not work. They offered to switch rooms but we opted not to. It was also suggested to use microwave down n the lobby. I thought that the breakfast should have been included instead of offering items that were $2.00 for a muffin. Overall, this was the second time we stayed here and will probably return.”

”I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

”Well I’d compare the sleep inn to a college dorm mid semester. The walls are scraped and paint scratched. The floors are chipped and cracked, needing to be replaced. The towel hooks are no longer. The towels have permanent stains. The bathroom is cruddy ,with the added bonus of previous guests hair on the shower walls, and hotel staff was nowhere to be found on Sun The parking ,however, was great.”
