The motel demanded $4/day more than Expedia's booking indicated, and refused to state any reasons besides flatly "that is the destination charge." Their invoice stated the charge as "resort fee", whatever that is.”

”Nice, simple, affordable room. We were in the area for an overnight stay and this fit what we needed. It was a little further than I realized from where we were for our visit but that was my fault. With all said it was still worth the extra drive. We will be going back to the area again and this will be the place I check first.”

”The first room I put in was dirty wallpaper peeling off the wall. The second room I was put in was dirty. The microwave broke and had to be destroyed to get my food out. The tub didn’t work. I had to put a weight on it to hold the water in and that didn’t work. My key card had to be redone five times cause it wouldn’t work carpets weren’t vacuumed. Everything was dusty the continental breakfast that they supposedly had was two different kinds of cereal and four danishes. I was terribly not...

”Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the
Vent. ”

”The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in.
There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people.
The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom.
Just not what I expected for a hotel...

”Check in was extremely easy and the staff is AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean except for the floors so just make sure to bring your slippers or flip flops. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, coffee, and fruit. Pleasantly surprised by that. There is plenty of parking as well. My favorite part were the drinks and snacks available in the Lobby 24/7 and at phenomenal prices. There were items available for ONE dollar which doesn't even...
