”This is a very special place. A highlight of our trip. The service was top notch and the staff worked hard to make sure that our time there was a great experience. We had two dinners there and both were delicious. The room was very comfortable. They even gifted us with their branded olive oil when we checked out. We were sad to leave!”

”The place is very cozy, our room was big, the bathroom perfect, perfect location right in the piazza il campo. With a lot of restaurants, points of interest. I really recommend the Palazzo del papa. We had a common area with the other rooms and we get courtesy water, coffee, tea and some snacks. Hamza is the person in charge I can’t describe how awesome he was, very polite, worried about how we were doing, he gave us a lot of information about the city, places to eat, he recommended Antica...

She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! ”What my girlfriend loved the most was the bathtub! We have been busy traveling the last week and a half and she was overjoyed with a chance to soak in a bath tub. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to Piazza del Campo. Looking forward to staying with Piazza Paradiso accommodation again. We will definitely recommend Piazza Paradiso to all our friends visiting Siena!”
