We had such a great experience at RIU! The entire resort was extremely clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained â you can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping everything looking nice. The landscaping really made it feel like a relaxing ...

We didn't expect much given the ratings, but were pleased overall. The room was dated but clean, we had problems with the safe which they helped us with promptly. Also the shower hose burst and they fixed that as well. Staff were wonderful. The food however is so/so, very boring and predictable.
