”First of all, the duplex is located in a neighborhood that doesn't have any street lamps. We arrived at night, and were greeted by a stray dog in the street. The road leading to the unit is unpaved. The one really easy and good thing about this place was the check-in process. When I couldn't figure out the door because the instructions didn't match the door set up, the host was very communicative and immediately answered and helped us in. ”A 10/10 experience from start to finish. Was one of those places that somehow exceeds the photos, and we left already talking about when we could come back. The highlight for us was swimming in the freshwater canyons nearby, genuinely one of the most fun afternoons we’ve had on any trip. Cool, clear water, gorgeous scenery, and the kind of thing you just don’t get at a typical hotel. We also saw a ton of wildlife around the property, which made every walk feel like a small adventure. ”I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them”
