Tämä on täydellinen sijainti! Upea ranta pääsy. Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 1. kerroksen huoneisto on vain muutaman askeleen päässä 7 mailin päässä kauniista valkoisista hiekkarannoista ja vain noin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Old Orchard Beachin ja laiturin sydämestä. Kuuluisien laituriperunoiden, tuoreiden merenelävien, pizzan, paistetun taikinan huvipuiston kotona on koti, arcade, erilaisia ?? ravintoloita ja yöelämää. Etsitpä romanttista pakopaikkaa tai hauskaa perhelomaa, tämä on oikea paikka sinulle. Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 1. kerroksen huoneisto on hyvässä kunnossa upouusin huonekaluilla, ilmastoinnilla, satelliitti-TV: llä, yli 150 kanavalla, DVD, langaton internetyhteys, täysin varustettu keittiö, oma kuisti, BBQ-grilli ja kaikki muu mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi pysyä. Tuo vain pyyhkeesi ja rantatuolit, ja me hoitamme loput.


Aktiviteetit: Viikoittain järjestettävät LIVE-konsertit Kaupunkialueella ja Ilotulitteet joka torstai-ilta. Rannalla sijaitseva huvipuisto, jossa yli 25 ajelua ja nähtävyyttä sekä 200 peliä, Splash Town, majakat, kanootti- ja kajakkimatkat ja -vuokraukset, golf, syvänmerenkalastus, valaiden katselu, hummeriveneretket, valtava Cabellan metsästys- ja kalastusliike, Kittery & Freeport LL Bean Outlet plus lukuisia muita merkkejä.

Un séjour agréable dans un endroit bien entretenu. Des hôtes disponibles et très gentils. A proximité de la plage mais aussi de l’animation de la ville pour ceux qui aiment. Quartier paisible et familial également. Nous y retournerons! Merci

Great location and price point

Property was as advertised. You are getting a clean two bedroom apartment very close to the beach ie two minute walk past a few houses. This isn’t a luxury condo but neither is the price. You are getting a good deal for being so close to the beach access and for being a 15 min walk to the pier and fun. Tami Lynn’s convenience store is up the street and has lots of yummy treats. Parking is a pain in the neck but that’s to come with the territory as there are a few apartments in close proximity all sharing the lot. You are sorta at the mercy of the neighbors in how good/bad they park. The pics don’t show but you get into the apartment on the side where there is a small deck with umbrella and benches (a nice place to have coffee!). Overall we were happy for the price.

Very bad parking. Not clean. Said linens but did not have any towels. Porch light was out. Weeds all around steps. Bathroom shower not caulked so flooring was all lifted. Some blinds missing wand stick to open blinds dirty. One bed made with two flat sheets so slept on mattress pad as sheet did not stay on. Would not rent again!

2nd year we have stayed with Ali & Michelle they are gracious hosts very easy to contact and check in and check out is seamless. Great location just steps to the beach, easy parking and very close to downtown. Already planning for next year

Dissapointed

Ali was very pleasant. At arrival, we were advised that the unit that we had rented, was still occupied by previous renter. So we agreed to the upper level unit. The condition of the unit was poor ,even though fairly clean. The shower was terrible. While showering water gets all over the floor. The unit is on dire need of professional repairs. Not. Patch work. Downstairs unit was just as bad. The floors are caved in, and it was like walking down hill. Bathroom shower was okay. But the whole house is very run down. Really needs to be gutted out. All in all we survived but would never consider renting this place again. It wasn't worth the price .

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Old Orchard Beach is not where you go for fancy which is why we love it! I hope it never changes.

Location is awesome!

Only five houses from the beach! So convenient to not have to drive a car or use public restrooms. The house is basic but had what we needed for the most part. Food staples in the kitchen (such as oil, spices) are limited, so bring what you need for that stuff. Neither bedroom had a TV in it, despite the picture of one in the listing photos. My family didn't care about that, but other people might be disappointed. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Ali was nice to work with and responsive to my questions about not being able to sign into my Netflix account on the TV.

Thought we would have a pretty front porch to sit on, instead our deck was 6x6 maybe, and in the parking area. Beds were great! Parking a little tight. Had a nice week but wish I New about the deck. Weather was perfect to be outside. Says it is fine for 6 people, 4 was plenty and six wouldn’t fit on the deck/ porch. Was very close to the beach, loved that!!!

It was a great week to be in OOB

It was a great week of great beach weather made better by being just up the street. Quick walk for lunch, cold drinks and restroom breaks. The location also helped with early morning set up of our chairs and umbrellas.

Probably the best thing I can say is we look forward to staying here again! Everything was perfect starting with communication with owner. The beds were great, shower amazing, stcocked with everything you need and perfect location. Look out the door to Left is the beach at the right is a super friendly corner store. Corner store has everything you may have forgot. It is a deli, they have cheap breakfast oh, and liquor and beer. Location is perfect because of the things mentioned and its close to strip but not in it.LOVED our stay! Highly recommend.

Excellent place!

Location location location! Steps from the beach. Two stores very close. The place was clean and nicely furnished. The beds are super comfortable! We will definitely be renting this property again. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect beach location and perfectly clean!!

We rented this vacation apartment for beach week and it was the perfect location!!! Everything was as described. The day we arrived the owner met us and gave us the tour. The owner cannot be friendlier and he made the rental process easy and was very accommodating! He even had a graduation balloon and candy when we arrived. Access to the beach is a few steps away! You could not ask for a better beach location. We arranged to limit the number of cars but was able to get on street parking fairly easily. The unit was AMAZING clean and very well kept. There were two bedrooms and very comfortrable beds! Also equipped with Internet and cable! BBQs are available and the house is well equipped, you just need to bring your own towels. This is a great vacation spot and would recommend if you are looking for a beach spot vacation home at OOB that is very reasonably priced.

Great Beach Location!

If you want a beach location, then this is the perfect place to stay! Literally a 30 second walk to the beach and just far enough away where you don't have the throngs of people staring in your windows. The unit was very clean and spacious and we had no issues. Although the ceiling fan in the bedroom pictured w/the television needs to be replaced as a hand fan could of put out more air than that thing did, one speed, SLOW! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the parking and porch issues. There are 3 units in this building and depending on which unit you rent, depends on your parking and porch placement. We rented the downstairs main unit which we thought would have gotten the front porch which is pictured, but instead there is a very small side porch roughly 6'x6' which is also the only one that doesn't have a roof. So if it rains and you want to sit outside, you're either stuck inside or you have to find someplace else to go. Luckily the back unit wasn't rented while we were there and we used that porch as it is large and covered. The front porch belongs to the upstairs unit and hopefully you end up w/good neighbors as the front bedroom is off of that porch and there literally is no privacy if they decide to use it a lot. Luckily we had a great quite family who respected our privacy and really didn't use it much as they were never there. As far as the parking, each unit gets 1 space and again, the upstairs unit has priority parking, closest to the street. You all have to park along side of the building and if the upstairs renters come in and don't park properly, or have a very large SUV, you could be screwed if they go to the beach for the day and block you in. On street parking is available, but it is 1st come 1st serve and if you go during peak season, GOOD LUCK! But overall, it is a nice place and a great value and I don't think that you would be disappointed with your stay!

Great OOB Vacation

Went there for a 7 night stay at this cottage. Cozy place, very clean, perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Amazingly located: a 30 second walk to the sandy beach and just a 10 minute walk to the Pier where it offers great restaurants and OOB attractions. Well equipped cottage with Wifi, satellite TV and almost full kitchen. Only need to bring food and you're done! BBQ and front and side porch made it an ideal place to stay. The owner cannot be friendlier, helped us in any way possible. Highly recommended!

Perfect holiday in OOB

Had an excellent vacation in this apartment - it was very clean and was very well equipped - the bedrooms were large - could hear the ocean as we drifted off to sleep - the kitchen had everything you could possibly need - the location was the BEST!!! Ocean view from the porch - a great grocery store on the corner - had the best clam cakes and pizza!! 15 minute walk to the Pier and Ocean Park - loved the rocking chairs on the porch!! Would highly recommend it - great place for a holiday!!!

We truly enjoyed our vacation here so close to the beach. A two minute walk and your feet are in the sand. The rental property is very clean and a warm feeling when you walk in. We didn't need for anything other than food, drink and beach toys... The landlord was friendly and told us if we needed anything to let him know and he would do his best to help in any way. Walking to the pier was a nice stroll, either on the beach or on the street. The porch with a few comfortable chairs was a good way to veg and sight see people venturing to the beach.. Barbecue ready, what more could one ask for on vacation. THE INTERNET &CABLE TV oh yes what a deal it was... A very pleasant experience. I would recommend this rental to all who want their vacation experience to be a joyful one.....
