The Bilo Standard (PT) is located on the ground floor of Residence Kalura. It is a simple and essential vacation home where you can stay during your vacations in Puglia, on the Ionian Sea.
Independent, the two-room apartment is introduced by a gate that opens onto a veranda furnished with a small table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment`s interior consists of: large living room with dining room, TV and 1 sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette with what you need to cook meals, hallway with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom with shower.
The
two-room apartment is one of the different solutions offered by the
residence, which is spread over several levels and offers comfortable
and simple vacation homes just a stone's throw from the sea.
The surroundings of the residence in Porto Cesareo
The vacation home is part of a recently built residence, located along one of the most important streets in Porto Cesareo that connects the center of the town to the long beaches of the coast.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is only 150 meters from the vacation homes, while the first equipped beaches are 500 meters away and are also within walking distance.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
