Appartamento Exotic is a holiday home for 5 guests,
on the first floor of a small residential complex. The apartment, that
is 250 meters away from the beaches of Porto Cesareo, is equipped with
accessories such as air conditioning, mosquito nets, electric oven, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower, hair-dryer and tv. Small and medium sized pets are allowed.

The apartment is a one-bedroom flat, ideal for a relaxing stay, with basic furniture. It is introduced by a small paved yard on the ground floor, with outdoor shower. The stairs lead to the small terrace which is partly covered.
The holiday home consists of a living room with air conditioning and dinign area, open kitchen, double sofa bed and reclining armchair. A corridor with broom closet divides the living room from the sleeping area which consists of 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom.

near the most beautiful beaches of this tract of coast. The closest
beach is 250 meters away. The closest beach establishment is the Goa

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Medium size pets allowed.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
