Villetta Ninì is a 6-bed vacation cottage for rent in Porto Cesareo, for relaxing vacations in the area of Punta Prosciutto. The cottage has a large outdoor area with parking space and shower.

Villetta Ninì is a solution for quiet vacations, close to the sea. Newly renovated, the house has been equipped with new and modern furniture and is surrounded by large equipped outdoor spaces.
The cottage consists of a large living room with dining room, open kitchen and double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet, lavvo and bidet.
Finally, at the back of the cottage, there is a covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining, as well as equipped with a covered shower to cool off when returning from the beaches.

Villetta Ninì is located in a residential area of Porto Cesareo, between Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione, a short walk from the sea and very close to the most famous beaches of Punta Prosciutto, with long stretches of free beach and lush dunes, and renowned super-equipped bathing lidos.
The area is known for the beauty of the sea, the protected marine area of Porto Cesareo, and for the tranquility that allows you to experience vacations in total relaxation.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
