Thanks to its privileged location, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot. Inside, you’ll find a bright and functional space: a spacious living room with dining area, TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double sofa bed all in one convivial environment. The two bedrooms, Scirocco and Tramontana, offer 5 and 4 beds respectively, with the option to add an extra bed. A second sofa bed is located in the open space area. There are two bathrooms, each with shower and bidet, ensuring convenience, and a laundry area for added comfort.



The property features three air conditioners, ventilation, and fast Wi-Fi. For the nearby public beach, you’ll have a complimentary umbrella and two sunbeds. The total capacity is 12 beds.
