The vacation house is introduced by a large paved and covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, and two deck chairs so you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.
The large apartment consists of airy, simply furnished rooms. The large living room is furnished with table and chairs, and equipped with TV.
Next to it is the modern, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, in which there is also a washing machine. From here you exit to the back, where there is a pilozza and parking for the car.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one twin. The seventh bed is a cot to be placed, upon request.
Finally, there are 2 full shower rooms, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The seventh bed is a cot to be placed.
