Villetta Viola is a lovely vacation cottage in Porto Cesareo, located in a quiet residential area just 900 meters from the sea and some of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast of Salento.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, electric oven, outdoor heated shower. Parking inside the garden.

Villetta Viola is a detached, fenced cottage with large equipped outdoor spaces. In the garden you can relax on the lounge shaded by umbrella, you can have lunch and dinner on the veranda, you can take a shower in the open air, to refresh yourself when you return from the beaches.
The driveway gate allows you to park your car inside.
A few steps lead to the furnished veranda, from which you enter the house. The rooms, recently renovated, are cozy, furnished with simplicity and taste, new furniture and light, bright colors.
The entrance is in a living area equipped with 1 double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning that cools all rooms. Next to it is the dining area with kitchenette with induction hob, small laundry area with washing machine and external access.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and the full shower room.
 
From the living room you exit to the garden, partly shaded and furnished with table and chairs.

Villetta Viola is a vacation villa located in Porto Cesareo, about 1 km away from some of the most beautiful beaches of Salento, and about 1.5 km from the center where all the main services are.
 
The vacation home is located in a quiet and residential area that allows you to reach the sea and entertainment in a few minutes by car.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
