Villino Augusto is a 5-bed vacation cottage, simple and essential, located 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Torre Lapillo, on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The cottage is complete with accessories such as air conditioning in the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, smart TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board etc.
A short walk from both the center and the sea, the vacation home is ideal for experiencing the Salento summer in complete relaxation, with everything you need at hand and within walking distance.
A Villino Augusto animals are allowed.
Villino Augusto, a 5-bed vacation villa in Torre Lapillo, just a few steps from the sea.
Villino Augusto is a very convenient vacation cottage for those who wish to leave home and find themselves within walking distance of the beach and the sea.
The house is introduced by a veranda, furnished with table and chairs. Also on the back from the cottage there is a furnished outdoor space, which guarantees total privacy, furnished with table and chairs, and equipped with heated outdoor shower and pilozza.
The interior has been recently renovated, the rooms are bright, simple and cozy, with modern and functional furniture.
The entrance is into a long corridor that connects the front veranda with the back porch. Along the corridor are the 2 double bedrooms, both with TV and air conditioning, the kitchen with an open kitchenette, and 1 shower room in which there is a washing machine.
The fifth bed is on cot provided by the owner.

Villino Augusto is located right in the center of Torre Lapillo, just 50 meters from the free beach.
Everything is close at hand and within walking distance: market, equipped lidos, the ancient lookout tower that is now a cultural and environmental center of reference for the whole area, and also bars and trattorias, fishmongers, tobacconists, church etc.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
