This recently renovated house, with a very cozy atmosphere, provides all modern amenities while prioritizing sustainability, relying exclusively on renewable energy sources for its electrical supply. It is the perfect space for families or groups of friends looking for the perfect location for a few days in the beautiful Vila Nova de Gaia.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

￫ Bathroom
The house has a bathroom with shower.

￫ Living/Dining room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a desk for workaholics, and an inviting sofa.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ Terrace
The terrace offers a relaxing outdoor area, ideal for sipping some Port wine.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

On the other side of the Douro river, Vila Nova de Gaia wings you back to the 17th-century beginnings of port-wine production, when British merchants transformed wine into the post-dinner tipple of choice by adding a dash of brandy. Their grand lodges sit imposingly astride the Douro, inviting you for tours of barrel-lined cellars, tastings, and dinner at rooftop terraces with twinkling views of the historic centre opposite.
Currently Vila Nova de Gaia is a modern and developed city with great transportation services, including direct subway connection to Porto City Center (only 10 minutes ride).

If you are traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options to go to the property.

￫ Metro
With a 35-40 minutes journey, the closest metro station (Jardim do Morro) is only 450 meters away from the property.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber is also a possibility, but if you want a faster and easier arrival, you should contact us so that we can arrange a transfer service that awaits you at the airport (subject to additional charge).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
