This elegant two-bedroom apartment has been designed around its standout feature: an exceptional private balcony with a heated pool overlooking Porto's skyline and the iconic Luís I Bridge. Whether you're starting the day with breakfast outdoors or unwinding after exploring the city, it's a space you'll naturally gravitate towards.



Inside, the bright open-plan living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, while two beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a peaceful master suite with an en-suite bathroom, offer the perfect balance of comfort and privacy.



Guests also have access to the building's premium shared amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views, outdoor lounge areas, and secure garage parking (available for an additional fee).



To ensure the private heated pool remains in perfect condition throughout your stay, a member of our maintenance team will access the balcony every Wednesday and Saturday at 12:30 pm for routine cleaning and maintenance. The visit is brief and limited exclusively to the pool area.

If driving, there is a garage parking spot available (additional fees apply). Detailed arrival and access information, tailored to your arrival method, will be provided after booking to ensure a smooth arrival.

- For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €200.00.
