The property is located about 400 meters from the road that connects Portoferraio to Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, a few steps from the charming promenade along the spa area, halfway between Portoferraio and the wonderful Gulf of Lacona.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
Two-room apartment 2/3 beds - Maximum 2 adults + child under 16 years of age
Apartment of about 50 square meters, on the first floor consisting of a small living room with a single sofa bed, wall TV, a cooking area complete with gas burners, an oven, large fridge with freezer, renovated bathroom with shower. The property includes an uncovered parking space and large outdoor spaces equipped with table and chairs, hammock and relaxation bench.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- the rental must take place for a maximum of 2 adults + a child under 16 years of age
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size are allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
