Very comfortable apartment on two levels suitable for young people/families or travelers on bicycles, in addition to the home storage service, it is in fact located on the main road to Portoferraio near the roundabout which opens towards different sides of the island: towards the East therefore Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri or the nearby sandy beach of Lacona, or continuing along the North Coast until you reach Marciana Marina, or taking the road towards the West Coast and the Marina di Campo area. For sports enthusiasts we also remind you that less than 2 km away you will find the green area with outdoor equipment on the San Giovanni seafront, excellent for physical activity en plein air, where there are also tennis courts and swimming pools for a fee; as well as a very suggestive running/walking route by the sea, with the incredible panorama that opens onto the city of Portoferraio. The capital of the island is a city with ancient charm thanks to its points of historical interest, but with modern experiences thanks to the numerous services it offers (various types of rentals, boat excursions, open door activities) and its dock full of venues and shops by the sea. The stretch of coast is varied, you pass from the white side where there are jewels of limestone pebbles and natural reserves such as Le Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco; the lush Costa Verde with the no less renowned Sansone, Prunini, Viticcio and Enfola or the stretch of golden sand 5 km away of the Gulf of Biodola.
After a day of sport or at the beach, what could be more comfortable than the possibility of relaxing and having dinner at home without the need to use the car? This is precisely the main strong point of the structure, located in the same building as the Risto Pub il Rifrullo, you can take advantage of its restaurant or bar services for a fee, without having to give up rest given that the apartment is structured in such a way as to contain the any noises that may come from the dining room.

Three-room apartment sleeps 3/5 - On two levels
Apartment located on the first floor of the structure, accessed via an external staircase with independent entrance. It consists of a large living room with a fireplace area with double sofa bed and wall-mounted television, well-equipped built-in kitchen 3/4 separated from the rest of the living room, storage room for luggage or bicycles. A spiral corner wooden staircase will take you to the sleeping area on the upper floor consisting of a triple attic room (double room with 3rd bed added) and large bathroom with shower. The apartment is placed in a modern context while respecting the typical Tuscan rustic style.

- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 10.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
