Thanks to its strategic position, you can reach in a few minutes by car both the Costa Bianca side of Portoferraio and the beaches of Lacona del Golfo Stella. Let yourself be enveloped by the scents and colors of our island, enjoying a magnificent sunset by the pool, overlooking the Medicean Dock. The island of Elba has a long history linked to the production of wines, since the time of the Etruscans, to discover them there is no better way than to visit the wineries in the area, including Acquabona at 2 km, the Montefabbrello farm 3 km and Tenuta la Chiusa 3.5 km.
The road to reach the villa is unpaved.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Property that is structured on two non-communicating levels. The upper floor of 85 square meters consists of a large bright living room with windows overlooking the sea, an open space with equipped kitchen, and a double sofa bed. Splendid sea view terrace equipped for outdoor dining. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with shower.
The lower floor of 110 square meters consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed; two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.
The property is surrounded by a large garden of about 350 square meters, a relaxation area with gazebo, a 6m * 3m swimming pool for exclusive use and a bbq area.
The property, in a modern style, is of very recent construction, the electricity is produced by a photovoltaic system.

We inform our kind guests that the pool is not cleaned daily, being an area surrounded by greenery, it is possible that upon arrival it is to be cleaned by the guests with a net.

- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed

- the access road to the property is unpaved
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros (refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; in case it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
