”Well located within city center walking distance. Staff was prompt and friendly. Our room was noisy as the head of the bed was on the wall adjacent to the entrance. Each visit by a guest to their room caused the head board to shake and make a clunking sound. The private driveway from the street was long and had 5- 7 serious chuckholes that were 6-10 inches deep and 1-2 feet across. Most cars had significant mud on their sides avoiding them.”

”The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre of Portree. The views from the hotel breakfast room and terrace are amazing! The lobby and bar area are nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. Just a few improvements would make this hotel perfect: The breakfast service would be better if started at 7 am, since many customers leave early to continue their trip.
