”This was a great apartment--immaculate, spacious and so comfortable. It was great to have a parking space, but we walked everywhere--around the Brown campus, downtown to eat, to CVS--even to the ferry terminal. We would absolutely stay here again!”

”Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door...

”Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and plan on staying here again. Cindy was super responsive and left us fruit and beverages and a lively home baked apple cake. ”

”We were in town because of my niece having surgery at Hasbro children hospital. This apartment was close to everything and easy to get in and out of. We weren’t there much but everything it provided was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating to the requests that I had made. Would certainly recommend it and would stay again. ”

”The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. ”

”The host was quick to help us with some TV issues. The room was clean when we arrived. They offered an additional cleaning since our stay was so long. While we did not pick up that offer, we wished there would be a swiffer in the room and maybe some lysol wipes to do our own little clean up. The blankets kind of made a ton of fuzzies everywhere throughout the apartment. (They were comfy though!)”

”Renters beware. As soon as you walk in the house you see a closet with no door filled with airconditioners. No amenities, except coffee and hand soap.Stayed for 5 nights was given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people when I arrived until I complained, then I was given nicer towels.Place not very clean.Discovered garbage under the main bed left by other guests when I was looking for a lost earring. Second bedroom had an electric outlet pulled out from the wall and closet was full of host...
