”This is a perfect accommodation if you are dropping your son/daughter off at Roger Williams or any of the neighboring schools. It was clean. It’s in a good neighborhood with secure parking and the uber driver had no problem finding it. The host was flexible and polite. The accommodations are true to fit; it is a tiny house and uses space very efficiently and it was perfect for evenings and relaxing. Access to beds was up a ladder and sleeping was very, very comfortable”

I am a super early riser so I enjoyed the peace and roosters early in the morning. And of course Smudge! He made enough biscuits on me to feed an army!! Thank you for your hospitality.”

”We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee and taking in the quiet water views and evenings watching the sunset. It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.”

”We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! ”

”Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. ”

”Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!”
