”Do not think this is a resort! Super bad! WiFi doesn’t work, bad sheet were so bad(seemed like it was more of rag then sheet). Would not recommend anyone to stay here. ”

”Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. ”

”Location was serene. Food and services were very good. Staff was well disciplined in wearing masks and hygiene. But 'Begum' the friendly and lovable dog who would accompany us for eveninghoking took the cake. A 5 star experience for my family during covid times.”

”Extremely terrible condition of the hotel. Mattress and furniture in the rooms were extremely damaged condition. Linen and towels were in the were very sticky, dirty and stained, The room we stayed didn’t had a water heater. After arguing front desk, we got other dirty room’s bathroom for shower. Health department should regularly visit this kind of terrible, moldy place for people health and safety. ”

”It was a disastrous decision to stay in this hotel. This is not more than a cheap lodge. You will experience urine smell everywhere. Staffs have no etiquettel. This hotel is mainly used by bachelor's for drinking purpose. I couldn't stay for more than 1 hour.”

”The location is nice but 10 km far from center. The staff are nice. Rooms need improvement. You can hear noises from other rooms. The restaurant is inside the resort so no need to worry about food. It was a bit cold in the room at night. Need to add extra blanket in the room. ”
